These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all contracts concluded between iptv-ireland.shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") for the use of our IPTV subscriptions. Differing conditions of the customer are not accepted unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

The presentation of services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By contacting us via WhatsApp and choosing a package, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send you your access credentials.
We provide the customer with access to our IPTV service for the selected period:

In the event of a violation (e.g., sharing the subscription on multiple devices simultaneously without the appropriate option), access may be suspended without a refund.
We do our best to guarantee 99% availability (zero buffering). However, brief interruptions for technical maintenance do not entitle you to any compensation.
